Just when I thought nothing could go wrong...

Everything looked like it was gonna run smoothly... Nice Friday, rested a lot, had a nice performance, did all my errands and then boom I went to train...

My knee kinda over extended, and then I got hit with a Maculele stick on the elbow and it hurts... So far I've been able to move it a little and bend it, but I can't seem to bend it all the way, and it hurts like a mofo... I can close my fingers but I don't have any strenght on them...

=o(

I hate it, I could barely eat ice cream and now I'm chicken typing with one hand...

muuuaaaahhhh!!!

I need a new body or something...

!

I guess there's nothing else to do than start getting loaded on pain killers and go to sleep...

Break time!!!

Finally!!!

At long last!!!

Some time off...
I've been waiting for some time off for some time now, and finally this Friday I'm gonna have all the day to myself. Well not really though, I have some stuff I gotta accomplish, like the show with the kids at school, but other than that I'm planning on sleeping a lot!

I've just been over worked lately and I deserve a break like this one. Even if it's only one day!

One of those days...

Well I'm not gonna complaing about this day that much... As a matter of fact it went pretty well, although it had a couple of weird moments that made me wish I never got out of the house.

Two incidents happend today where two girls(I'm guessing around 13 or 14 years old) gave attitude and just even thought I really wouldn't give a flying fuck about it, it rubbed me the wrong way. Mainly 'cos it made me realize that the youth nowadays really gives a lot to wish for. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not judging the whole lot just by the actions of a few(that's a terrible mistake), but it's a pattern in which I wonder who teaches or takes care or just who was ever in charge of these kids while they were growing up...

hhhmmm...

I dunno, it's just that when I was that age I remember that I respected my elders. Not even my elders I pretty much respected everyone, it's the 'Treat people as you want them to treat you' motto. Then again who am I to judge other peoples kids...

Moving along I've been working for seven days straight... =oP Makes me happy 'cos I'm earning $$$, which always comes in handy... BUT (hehe, there's always a but) I need a break!
It's ok Friday's my day off... jjjuuuussstt tttwwwoooo mmooooorreeee dddaaayysss...!

hehehe...

Oh another note Claudine has put up the pics from Salsicha's farewell party and they look great, we definitely had fun!! It's been a long time since I had that much fun, too bad Sal's out thought...

Good Luck Sal! I know you'll make it up there!!

I need to sleep now catcha later!

I love it!!!

Oh yes!!!

Finally I made the switch to cable and I'm sooooooo happy. I've been rating the improvements that I've made during the lat two months, and well from having a decent(but slow) computer with phone line I've moved on to a great ass computer with cable...

I'm so happy with my machine, it makes me wonder why I ever stopped going to school if I know computers make me sooo happy, it's definitely my calling.

I've been definitely thinking about it and probably I might go back to school to try and finish my degree... Although I've also pondered on going back to learn a new language... hhmmmm...
Definitely that's something I have to think about seriously.

Anyways I need some sleep... later!

Moving on to faster grounds...

I finally decide today that I'm moving on to faster grounds... I'm getting cable internet! Enough of those crappy connections that downloaded at snail speed!

Oh yeah!!!

Now that I might have a dedicated line hopefully I'm gonna put some time into creating my web page... uuummm... yeah that sound like a good idea!

Boogiepop Phantom

Yeah!!!

My bro recommended this one... I love it, it's a little mind boggling at first but once you start putting the pieces together it's incredible.

Truly one of the best anime series I've ever seen, kudos to my bro!

Review it at:

Good News!!!

Yay!!!

Today I heard some great news as a matter of fact. Apparently I have no tear of any kind in my left knee!!! =oD

...BUT...

Overuse and repetiveness of movements, have cause a displacement of the hips which is causing grinding in the knee which is causing the pain... (gasp!!!)

!!!

No need to worry thought with some PT apparently everything can be worked out, although this means I might have to stay away from Capoeira for some time it's ok. I mean at least I wont require anything that involves a scalpel and cutting, and needles and stuff... whew!

Indeed good news!!!

Another one of those weeks...

He, he...

It's been another one of those busy weeks in which I have barely been able to get anytime to write something on the blog... In between work, getting a new HD to work, and the extensive abuse of Doom 3, I just haven't had the time, but at least I'm writing something today. Although not that much it is a start right??

Tsunami videos

I got this link from a friend, it has lots of videos on the recent tsunami that hit most of Asia:

The week...

So it suddenly hit me that I haven't been online in a long ass time and of course I haven't written anything on the blog. Lately I've been really busy just trying to get the hang of things at Acro, then I manage to fry my HD and well, I have been forced to buy a new one, and just random stuff like that here and there have been taking up a lot of my time.

I just realize as well that all the side projects that I had have just completely been shut down... hhhmmmm... the capoeira songbook has been lying around for a long ass time. Then my site's design is somewhere inside the old HD which is really full with what I could salvage from the other one. I haven't been able to get it touch with my parents, and I've been meaning to do that since New Year's... ugh!

Oh well, this week I promise I'm gonna make an effort to do all my stuff... or at least take a peek at it.

Back Home!

Yep, after a very chill and relaxed weekend(well it was full of partying actually), I'm back home. Getting ready to take on 2005, and looking forward to what's going to happen.

Although from where I am right now I can't say if I started to year on a good note or a bad. I guess it's better to say that I'm just in the middle. Because there's a lot going on and they are both good and bad, so I'm just starting at point zero. Which I'm glad to be at because anything can happen from this point on, and no matter what happens I'll always try to make the best of it... hhhmmm...

On a positive note, I'm happy to say that so far it looks as if I'm gonna be working a lot more at Acro, which is fine by me. Starting a new adventure in a new year, and looking forward to it.

On the bad note, the knee is still bad and upon asking and researching it appear as the problem might be a meniscus tear, or a LCL tear. Which in any case I would need an MRI to check and confirm it. (sigh) Either way it seems as if surgery might be the only way to fix it, and well for now I'm not in any position for it. Oh well, I'll guess I'm gonna have to wait and see what happens.

=o/

Indeed a new year, with new adventures...
